Mahtab is a visionary entrepreneur and accomplished destination wedding planner with a background in tourism and hospitality management . Her professional journey began in the hotel and tourism industry , where she developed a deep understanding of guest experience, service excellence, and event coordination. A defining moment came when she planned her daughter’s second birthday a personal project that sparked a passion for creative production and event design . What began as a heartfelt celebration soon evolved into a larger Driven by creativity, precision, and a passion for creating memorable experiences, Mahtab founded Advent Land Group a UAE based company that has grown into a dynamic leader in Destination events, Advertising, Production, and interior fit out solutions
